However, if problems do occur, we operate a servicing department which deals with servicing, breakdowns, and upgrades.

Service Department Temporarily Closed (Until September 2026)

Our service department is currently operating at full capacity, with a significant number of legacy products undergoing refurbishment and restoration.

To avoid extended lead times and ensure the highest standard of care for the products already entrusted to us, we have taken the decision to temporarily pause the intake of additional non-warranty service work until September 2026.

Please note:

• Warranty repairs are not affected and will continue to be processed as normal.
• We will provide an update on reopening dates closer to September.
