However, if problems do occur, we operate a servicing department which deals with servicing, breakdowns, and upgrades.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT STATUS

For product servicing and repairs for out of warranty products,

please call the factory +44 20 8953 0771 and obtain an appointment to drop off your item. 

Update 17/10/2023 Due to a large influx of old turntable renovations our service department is currently fully booked for out of warranty products until August 2024 and we have now ceased taking bookings for such work until further notice.  If you have a fault with your turntable and need assistance please call the office and we will help you to get back up and running.
