Please register your product within 28 days of purchase.


Thank you for choosing Michell Engineering. Registering your new turntable within 28 days of purchase extends the warranty on the turntable and its power supply to a total of five years from the purchase date, subject to the terms below.


The five-year extended warranty does not apply to tonearms, cartridges or other products and accessories, even when purchased together with a turntable. Registering these items does not extend their standard warranty cover.


This extended warranty is only valid for products sold in the UK. International customers should contact their local dealer or distributor for warranty details, but we encourage you to register your product.



Warranty and servicing


  • The five-year extended warranty applies only to registered turntables and their power supplies, from the original date of purchase. Tonearms, cartridges and other products and accessories are excluded from this extended cover, whether purchased separately or as part of a package.
  • In the unlikely event of your J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd product developing a fault, please first contact the dealer from whom it was purchased.
  • If the product needs to be returned to J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd, please contact us before sending it.
  • If a returned product is found to have no fault, or a fault not covered by the warranty, a minimum inspection charge equivalent to one hour’s labour will apply. Any subsequent repair and/or return carriage will also be chargeable.
  • Proof of purchase is required for any claim covered by this warranty.
  • The warranty covers defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship. It does not cover issues arising from accidental damage, misuse or wear and tear.
  • The warranty is void if anyone unauthorised by J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd attempts to dismantle, modify or repair any part of the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging. This warranty does not cover damage sustained during transit.
  • The warranty does not cover the cost of carriage to J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd.
  • Returned products deemed to be covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of J.A. Michell Engineering Ltd.
  • Please allow a minimum of 21 days for warranty repairs.
  • This warranty is not transferable.
  • This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
  • This warranty is only valid in the United Kingdom.
